Blood Collected straight from the donor after its donation usually separated into red blood cells, platelets, and plasma.
You need to be 18 – 65 years old, weigh 45kgs or more and be fit and healthy with normal temperature & pulse rate.

Plasma / Fresh Frozen Plasma ( FFP )
It is a blood product made from the liquid portion of whole blood.
You need to be 18-60 (men) or 20-60 (women) years old, weigh 50kgs or more and must have given successful whole blood donation in last two years.
Immune system conditions, pregnancy (including anti-D injections), bleeding, shock, burns, muscle and nerve conditions, hemophilia, immunizations.
Plasma can last up to one year when frozen.
We collect your blood, keep plasma and return rest to you by apheresis donation.

Platelet / Platelet Concentrate
These are biological autologous products derived from patient whole blood & contains platelets & growth factors.
You need to be 18 – 65 years old (men), weigh 50kgs or more and have given a successful plasma donation in the past 12 months
Cancer, useful in people with low platelet count and in conditions like Dengue, Malaria & Cancer Patients,haemophilia, anaemia, childbirth, operations, blood loss, trauma, burns.

Criteria to donate blood:
There are several parameters that determine the eligibility of an individual to donate blood. Guidelines laid down by the Ministry of Health, Government of India have to be followed by blood banks and organizations conducting blood donation camps.
- Overall health- The donor must be fit and healthy, and should not be suffering from transmittable diseases.
- Age and weight- The donor must be 18–60 years old and should weigh Female – 50kg, Male – 45 kg.
- Pulse rate– Between 50 and 100 without irregularities.
- Hemoglobin level- A minimum of 12.5 g/dl.
- Blood pressure– Diastolic: 50–100 mm Hg, Systolic: 100–180 mm Hg.
- Body temperature– Should be normal, with an oral temperature not exceeding 37.5 °C.
- Individuals suffering from ailments like cardiac arrest, hypertension, blood pressure, cancer, epilepsy, kidney ailments and diabetes.
- Individuals who have undergone immunizationin the past 1 month.
- Individuals treated for rabiesor received Hepatitis B vaccine in the past 6 months.
- Individuals who have undergone major dental procedures or general surgeries in the past 1 month.
- Women who have had miscarriagein the past 6 months.
- Individuals who have had fits, tuberculosis, allergicdisorders in the past.
- Individuals who currently have asthma with active symptoms, and severe asthma patients.
- Individuals suffering from fever, cold, cough, myalgia in last 7 days.
- Within 14 days of Covid 19 Vaccine immunization (First / Second / Booster dose)

By producing of Blood donated certificate, priority to issue the blood will be given to donors relatives who were in need with no additional charges including blood investigation tests.
